What I checked

We read the character order, displayed unlock requirements and progression logic in the author-linked 9.0.3 Windows alternative package on 14 October 2026. This is a static data check, not a completed playthrough. The tables identify server-controlled rewards separately; no community-reported password is reproduced.

90 Pokémon

Before following an unlock requirement

A valid Classic win requires surviving the run target and defeating the Ultra Boss. An abandoned run does not count as a clear. Conditions joined by “and” must be met in the same run. A character name includes its evolved forms during that run.

Population requirements explicitly say whether the three opening starters count. Tome rewards must be claimed, rather than merely reaching a level during combat. The game gets live Tome tiers and season availability from its server; bundled reward definitions do not prove an old or future season is open today.

The author page advertises “+88” playable Pokémon. The complete 9.0.3 character-order table contains 90 entries; these are different levels of precision, not a reason to omit reward characters.

Questions

How do I unlock every Pokémon in Survivor Burst?

Follow the individual requirements above: run and roster progression, Discord-directed unlocks, claimed Tome rewards and Titan rewards. Seasonal availability is server controlled, so a single clear or code does not guarantee all 90.

Is the list 88 or 90?

The author page says +88. The official 9.0.3 package defines 90 selectable base characters, including regional forms and reward characters; evolutions are not counted separately.

How do I unlock Magikarp and Charmander?

The 9.0.3 package lists Magikarp as Tome 1 Tier 1 and Charmander as Tome 2 Tier 1. Claim the corresponding reward in the Tome menu; neither is an opening starter.

Why is a Pokémon still locked after meeting a condition?

For a Classic requirement, finish a valid run and defeat the Ultra Boss; do not abandon it. Meet all listed level, evolution and KO conditions in that run. For rewards, check the active Tome or Titan menu and claim the reward. Include your version and result screen when reporting a problem.
